    4Hire is a 3rd party add-on application for MYOB Exo that provides users with the ability to manage, track and maintain hireable assets. Additional functionality includes integration to Exo Job Costing, Serviceable Units and Fixed Assets.

    Typically, MYOB users that have hiring as a part of their core business have resorted to either transacting out stock to hire clients and/or managing hire-outs in Microsoft Excel and Outlook Calendar. This means that there is not only double/triple handling of data, and the risk of loosing rental income through the lack of access to timely information, however also takes a heck of a lot of time for an inhouse resource to manage and maintain.

    4Hire offers the required functionality to pass transaction data back to MYOB Exo for consolidation and debtor control which means that there is no more double handling or rekeying of data required.

    Users of 4Hire range from large operations renting out radio systems to small businesses managing hireable earthmoving assets. The 4Hire Advanced Server provides the added integration to Exo Fixed Assets for depreciation calculation and reporting purposes, Job Costing for commissioning/repair and Serviceable Units for maintenance. 4Hire also links directly to the Clarity Report Writer with existing reports and ability to create or edit reports and forms.
