We have a dedicated team available between 9-5, Monday to Friday to help you get the best out of your business solution.
Our Support Team can:
Train you on new feature or expand your knowledge of existing functionality
Customise the solution to suit your business requirements, such as, tailored reporting and process re-engineering
Provide upgrades* to new versions, hints & tips, whitepapers so clients can take charge of their business solution.
* Before upgrading to new versions, always perform a backup first in a test environment. If you are yet to perform a backup or upgrade, you can organise for a consultant to come out and guide you through the process and train you on the new features by contacting your Account Manager.
